Dimétrio Manjate is a Mozambican lawyer and consultant, focusing his practice on commercial law, contract law, labor law and arbitration. With more than a decade’s experience as a lawyer, he has advised national and foreign corporate clients on the matters that constitute his areas of practice, with special emphasis on corporate governance, compliance and employment issues.

He has also advises clients on strategic issues of legal relevance, particularly contractual issues involving transactions of various kinds in real estate, construction and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He provides legal advice on collective redundancies and company restructuring.

He regularly assists national and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings brought in Mozambique, with special emphasis on commercial arbitration.

Pascoal Bié is a Mozambican lawyer and consultant, focusing his practice on commercial, civil, labor, litigation (civil, administrative and criminal) and arbitration law.

With more than a decade’s experience as a lawyer, he has advised several Mozambican and foreign entities on various aspects of employment law, with special emphasis on corporate restructuring situations.

He has also advised clients from various sectors, such as manufacturing, mining, communications, tourism and transportation, on litigation, corporate/M&A and commercial contracts.

He regularly assists national and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings brought in Mozambique, with special emphasis on commercial arbitration.

He regularly assists clients in the banking sector in credit recovery, criminal and labor litigation and has also provided legal advice in several collective dismissal and company restructuring cases.

Pascoal is an assistant lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo. He has an LLM in International Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London.

He is a registered arbitrator with CACM – Centro de Arbitragem, Conciliação e Mediação de Maputo.

Pascoal is the regional representative of the ICC YAAF (Young Arbitrators and ADR Forum), in the Africa Chapter of the ICC for the 2021-2024 term.

Michela Banze holds a degree in Accounting and Auditing, with expertise in financial accounting and internal control. She currently works as a Secretary, providing administrative support, managing documentation and overseeing tasks essential to the company’s operations.
